This property was completed in 2012 and is very well maintained by the owners. It consists of both native and exotic plants that provide both roadside screening and plenty of colour in the courtyards and entertaining areas. Corten steel edging was used to boarder the lawn to gardens and to separate the lime chip pathways. The garden was mulched in decorative 20mm bark nuggets.
